You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by AITERIC. This page explains exactly what we store, how to submit a deletion request, and what to expect after you do.
What Data We Hold
When you interact with AITERIC — through our contact form, strategy call booking, newsletter signup, or any other touchpoint — we may store your name, email address, company name, phone number, website URL, and any messages or notes associated with your enquiry.
We may also hold anonymised analytics data from your visits to aiteric.com. This data is not linked to your identity and is not subject to deletion requests.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to privacy@aiteric.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Include the following in your message: – Your full name – The email address(es) associated with your data – A brief description of your interaction with AITERIC (e.g. contact form submission, newsletter subscriber)
We do not require any further documentation to process a standard deletion request.
What Happens After You Request
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days. Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days of verification.
Where deletion is not immediately possible — for example, where data is held in encrypted backups — it will be suppressed from all active processing immediately and purged from backups within 90 days.
You will receive a written confirmation once deletion is complete.
Exceptions
We may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate accounting and tax purposes. In such cases we will inform you of what data must be retained and why.
Any retained data will be held securely and used solely for the specified legal purpose.
Third-Party Systems
AITERIC uses third-party tools including CRM, email, and analytics platforms. When we delete your data we will also submit deletion requests to any third-party processors that hold your personal data on our behalf.
If you have directly subscribed to third-party services (e.g. a newsletter platform), you may need to unsubscribe or request deletion from those services directly.
