The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are governed by a separate service agreement or statement of work.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.

User Obligations

By using our website and services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested; not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms; not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks; not to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the AITERIC website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AITERIC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Work product created specifically for you under a service agreement becomes your property upon full payment of applicable fees, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to achieve measurable improvements in your AI visibility and search rankings, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as search and AI engine algorithms are constantly evolving and outside our control.

We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AITERIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, technical processes, and pricing information. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement for a period of two years.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to us or other users.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable, and we will provide you with any final deliverables owed under the service agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by the applicable service agreement.
